Install kernel adiutor, then go to cpu, max freq put 1.5 and the min freq put 400 or 533, then governor choose interactive. Now go to sheduler i/o and choose sheduler cfq for both internal and external memory. Finally apply on boot for both of them

Installing different root than you already have may harm your device.
If you want to change from SuperSU to Magisk make a full unroot from SuperSU app and install the kernel again choosing Magisk

I have on my j500f the stock 6.0.1 with the newer twrp, root with the latest supersu, and adoptable storage hack (last both installed with twrp). Is there any problem with flashing the new kernel in this setup? If i wanted to install the android 7.0 in the future could i be using this kernel?

This kernel is only for 6.0.1 Marshmallow, Touchwiz (stock, or TW based). This CAN'T be used on 7.x (Nougat) roms.

My suggestion!

Will see in the future. I had those added in a previous version and received some complains regarding lag, lockscreen delay or battery drains. So in my honest opinion, interactive is the most stable, responsive and battery friendly.

You realise you are the only one having that issue.. How can a kernel increase usage of internal storage space? Go back to stock and tell me what difference do you have in terms of storage? Can`t really understand your issue..
