The only way I know would be to uninstall it. The menu is more or less a recent apps list for vr with a touch of random. They need a way to customize it.
I actually didn't even think about going through titanium... Sry. I was searching through folders manually and with search function and deleted every file I could find related to it....

I'm asking again... Is the dvfs disabler working on lollipop version? Since wanam is not updated the is the only way to disable dvfs. Thanks

For all you guys, just an advice:
- use your brain to think about, what you want to write
- rtfm before
- then write and do NOT bother the devs with silly questions which are already replied..
sometimes I think ppl are way stupid to follow the most simple rules and wonder, that things won't work.

If only this could be applied to every thread here in XDA....

So the dvfs lock and management is active in this kernel and is not possible to disable?

From universe with my note 4 snapdragon 805 powered!

I guess asking the exact same question in 2 diff kernel threads is the cool thing to do these days?

Dear all,

I seem to be having trouble getting my synapse settings to stick. The majority of them do, the mdnie doesn't (but I have read about that known issue, and the sound setting I apply don't stick.

When I reboot my phone and open the app after days 10 minutes or so, a tick or cross is always visible like the settings haven't been applied.

I have apply on boot set but I have read when I have used this app on different phones and roms in the past that you shouldn't have this ticked.

Is there something obvious I could be doing wrong?

Also I get massive, massive system wide slow down if I have fauxclock installed at the same time as synapse. I tried this just to us fauxclock to set the mdnie settings and had nothing else applied in fauxclock. Again, anything obvious I could be doing wrong as I've seen no one else report these issues! Lol

Thanks in advance.

Synapse isn't perfect. It's pretty good and most importantly free which is the main reason friedrich420 enabled it. There are some issues though and if they remain after doing the regular procedure (clear data and delete all kernel app folder from system, re flash kernel, wipe cache and delvik, install only synapse) then it's probably an app issue.

Since there are some settings only in synapse it's your decision if using faux makes more sense to you but if you do decide to use faux please do the regular procedure explained above in the brackets before you install it :)

Thanks mate, I haven't done half the stuff you've said so I'm going to go back to the drawing board.

Thanks for the quick response and also for your patience.

Well, whilst I did have a good search I always hate asking questions because 9 times out of 10 the questions have already been answered a million times and users just need to be a bit more creative with their searches! Lol

I also appreciate you guys do this stuff and support it for free/or as a hobby so I appreciate all the help and support.

Just to confirm though, it was all conflicting settings issues for me by the way. Searching for and deleting "synapse" folders and also addressing my fauxclock settings sorted my problems. Faux is now working great and what was strange was faux was defaulting to 228800 as max cpu frequency as opposed to 2288000 so no wonder my phone was lagging! Lol

I had to listen and respect the desire and polite requests of many good, respectful users to have this thread reopened..
Please lets keep it civil.. nobody is better than anyone else..
All im asking is to treat me the way i treat you... if you are nice and polite, ill be even nicer.. if you are an a-hole ill be a bigger one..
If you think im an a-hole, that's your right to believe that, i respect it, but im asking you to refrain from posting anything here.. why would you post in a thread that's OP'd by someone who you think is a jerk??

And with that let me remind of everyone which one is the latest AEL Kernel version for the N910F and G Variants
