Hi, tried to flash this last night and I got an error when flashing from TWRP that the zip was for p6601 device and my device is R1_HD. Do I need to use your TWRP for this to install, or did I miss something else?
I only use my own recovery and recommend it, I don't provide support for other recoveries.

Yeah, understood, and apologies if you thought I was asking for support on another recovery. I'm going to change to your recovery and see if that fixes the device ID issue. I don't know what else it could be?
Its most likely the recovery that you currently have , switch to @vampirefo 's twrp that is built from 7.1.1 sources.

That fixed it. Took a bit as I bricked the phone originally. Then flashed (or so I thought) the recovery and had a text only recovery that I remember seeing many years ago, but finally got it flashed and all is good.

Also there is a 6.0.1 x32 that they listed as as a donor rom for 6735, its actually a 6737t , i tried booting it but i lost my adb_keys file that i usually include in the boot.img data/misc/adb folder to be able to get logs from production builds that i test , it has alot of cam files that has many of our camera's imgsensors in its lib, its also a 32bit , i will link you to it to see if u can get it to boot.

Did you port the m8 boot img our our own

It's same as ours, just one file different, copy init.project.rc file to our boot.img boots right up.

You will see it has many libs refering to almost if not all of our cameras imgsensors dvrs , wich makes me think it might have the same camera as ours.....try and see if you can get it to boot all the way.

No, I won't mess with a Samsung ROM, lucky you didn't brick your phone.

@vampirefo for some reason i think i recently just asked you this but can you compile LineageOS in the same .odex/.oat format as stock rom because its making many refrences to certain files and i realy do think those files hold the key....especially that boot.oat file in the framework/arm folder the camera apps wouldnt be pointing to it if there wasent something in it that it needed to complete its job.

No, stock is aosp source not Lineage Only way to build like stock is to have blu give us their complete source code which they won't.

I don't see any further development on this rom, until blu releases their android 7.

I doubt this phone will be upgraded, blu has never upgraded a phone.

But they seem to stick with same type of hardware, so hopefully when they release their news phones in March, we can get a copy of their firmware and use it's blobs on our phone.

No, that's 10 to 15 hours to download source, then 5 hours to compile it.

Not going to invest that much time in aicp.

First build for CM14.1 took 20 hours, 15 hours to get source downloaded 5 hours to compile.
