With ADB, I've installed the apk, enabled the input method, and selected it. The keyboard is working great.

However, is it possible to switch to/enable the handwriting mode? As we're not on AW 2.0 and are lacking an Input Method screen, how would one select handwriting with ADB?

Unfortunately, you can't switch other than via install/uninstall

I appreciate the reply, but I don't quite follow. To enable the keyboard, I've done the following:

Code:
adb install WearKeyboard.apk

adb shell

ime enable com.google.android.wearable.input.latin/.WearIME

ime enable com.google.android.wearable.input.handwriting/.WearIME
and the keyboard is working great. Up to this point, I've enabled it just as it is in your ROM.

But isn't the handwriting input method part of the same apk? Even if I had to reinstall the apk, what would the command be to access the handwriting input? Sorry if I'm missing something obvious.

I apologize, I thought you meant through the menu. my rom doesn't include handwriting, but it is a separate apk in 2.0
