Nope. Im worried flashing kernel/adding tweaks may ruins system. This is android pie, most of tweaks are olds. So i never did it.

Which was ur previous rom/recovery?

Try flashing previous rom/recovery with pc
If you able to boot in twrp Or system first thing you must do is copy/backup ur all imp data/files to any external storage/OTG/PC

Then boot into recovery and wipe data
By doing this Your internal storage will be erased

Now flash latest twrp through twrp/PC
After then you are ready to flash any rom u wish

Stock kernel. What config? Im not even touching system. Just flashed like usual, rom + nanogapps + magisk. That's it. Till now deepsleep still working for me. Idk for you
