Yes, the bootloader is unlocked.

Are you sure???
After the "unlock" did you restart the system and went into the developer settings?

On your Samsung in the download mode, do you see the word 'Prenormal' anywhere?

adb sideload does not work

I cannot boot into TWRP through adb, is it normal according to the above statement?
I do not know why the device is detected in adb ("fastboot devices") but I cannot boot into TWRP or even reboot through commands "fastboot reboot", is something wrong with my Tab S6 Lite Wifi?

Thank you in advance

Fastboot doesn't work on Samsung devices (I know there's a very limited fastboot in bootloader on new samsung devices but it doesn't accept any commands!)
Use Odin or Heimdall like described in FAQ
Also fastboot and adb are completely different things ... seems like you mixed it up (I believe you meant fastboot and not adb, right?)

FAQ

How to boot into Download mode
  1. Turn off the tablet
  2. Press and hold volume down and volume up
  3. Connect the tablet to a computer via USB cable

How to boot in recovery mode
  1. Turn off the tablet
  2. Press and hold volume up and power until bootloader logo appears

How to flash TWRP
  1. Unlock the tablet's bootloader
    • Backup all your data as unlocking will factory reset your tablet!
    • Enable developer options and enable OEM unlock option there
    • Boot into download mode (you have to do it like described above, with adb reboot download the unlock option won't be available!)
    • Long press volume up to unlock your device
    • Go through initial setup again after unlock. You must connect to WiFi but can skip everything else.
    • Confirm that bootloader is actually unlocked (OEM unlock option grayed out and telling you it's already unlocked in developer options)
  2. Boot into download mode
  3. Flash twrp.img.tar (or twrp.img if you use heimdall) from TWRP download page using Odin/Heimdall.
I did all stuff until step 2, this to a galaxy tab s6 lite SM-P610, but I had a problem at the moment of flash TWRP using odin. The process ended in error:
<ID:0/006> Added!!
<ID:0/006> Odin engine v(ID:3.1303)..
<ID:0/006> File analysis..
<ID:0/006> Total Binary size: 67 M
<ID:0/006> SetupConnection..

<ID:0/006> SingleDownload.
<ID:0/006> recovery.img
<ID:0/006> RQT_CLOSE !!
<ID:0/006>
<ID:0/006> Complete(Write) operation failed.
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)

and the tablet says: 'Only official released binaries are allowed to be flashed(RECOVERY)'.

I searched for other versions, but I didnt succeed.

Please help me, I'll be very greatful.

Your bootloader is still locked,
follow the instructions to unlock it (looks like you didn't exactly follow them, probably you skipped the step with checking if OEM unlock is still enabled but it's required).

It is a shame that Samsung removes the fastboot commands, it is very useful through adb.

Is there any way to boot into TWRP without flashing TWRP? I was trying to launch TWRP on my Tab S6 Lite.

Thank you!

I already unlocked the bootloader. I went to the 'download mode' and press 'up volume' for long time until tablet restarts, that erased all data. And at the 'download mode' , the label 'OEM Iock' says Off.

by the way, when I tried without unlocking the OEM, the tablet would not let me install the TWRP and it said: 'installation blocked by OEM'. But now just says what I put in the lost post

do I need to do unlock of bootloader another time or something else? and thank you thank you for reply.

Check the instructions ... You aren't done after unlocking using volume up, it's actually still locked!

    Thanks for making this possible.
I assume you have to rename the twrp.img to recovery.tar using 7zip, and flash it with the AP option in Odin, right?

Flashing failed, i get this log in Odin:
    <ID:0/008> Added!!
    <ID:0/008> Odin engine v(ID:3.1401)..
    <ID:0/008> File analysis..

    <ID:0/008> Unassigned file
    <ID:0/008> Complete(Write) operation failed.
    <OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)

You have to rename the twrp.img to recovery.img and add it to a .tar archive using e.g 7zip, I'll also add that to the FAQ

@Linux4, are you planning to add support for data encryption in future releases?

I'd like to add that (though only for AOSP FBE, not Samsung's encryption on stock) and already experimented a bit with it but it's still not working correctly.
