Note: [NOT FACED BY EVERYONE BUT STILL READ IT] If you have SDCard inserted, you might face recovery stuck on splash screen and only issue is to erase userdata via fastboot

I think your problem is related to this bug:

That will take time. Android 12 for Rosy is at an early stage now. People will report bugs (with proper logcats) and dev will gradually fix them, that's how it will reach stability. You can check what bugs other people are reporting and even get to interact with the dev if you join the telegram support group: https://t.me/pixelexperiencerosy

- added GPhotos spoof for unlimited backup @ original quality
- improved Ui elements and fixed lags
- improved memory management
- enabled one handed mode gesture
- enable combined WiFi & Network signal icons in status bar
- enabled few new animations in launcher
- enabled theming for unthemed adaptive icons

Device side:
- fixed SDCard issues and recovery stuck on splash
- fixed safetynet and playstore certification
- fixed dual sim settings
- fixed WFD
- fixed bluetooth audio in call
- fixed speaker issues in whatsapp/messenger and normal call

Kernel side:
- upstreamed kernel to 4.9.288
