CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.4 ( Kitkat ), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

Code:
#include <std_disclaimer.h>
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* We are not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
* you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
* submitting bug reports on nightly builds is the leading cause of male impotence
*/
CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Feel Free to Contribute and Help in this Project .

These are unofficial CyanogenMod nightly builds with kernel compiled with Linaro and ROM with SaberMod toolchain for improved performance and battery life.
Feature requests would be welcomed, and I will try to include features if you can show me how to. (I'm still an amateur :p)

All sources can be found on the official CyanogenMod GitHub. Linaro Toolchain can be found here: http://releases.linaro.org/

FEATURES:
Compiled with Linaro.
(Others to be added soon)

BUGS:
Same as official CyanogenMod 11.

DOWNLOADS:

ROM:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/?id=5682#downloads

GAPPS:
You can use any Google apps compatible with Kitkat.

Okay here is my review after extensive testing of the ROM... This ROM is the best cm ROM I have used till date, thanks to the linaro tool chain...No lags whatsoever...I can play asphalt 8 on the best graphics without any hint of stutter or lag...scrolling and panning are also very smooth...Please include some extra features in the ROM from pa and aokp....keep up the good work dev...

Does "update" function works with this rom?
Well, if you update, you'll get official CyanogenMod. I haven't got OTA up and running... I'm still learning. Till then, dirty flash, I'm afraid.

Now that you've mentioned it, I'm testing out OTA suppport. Hopefully, next build onwards, this ROM will have OTA support.

EDIT: OTA support added from next build onwards.

There is no 2g/3g option in mobile data. using xt1033 dual sim variant.
It was removed by CyanogenMod because of bugs. It will be re added soon. Till then, you'll have to do it the long way, through mobile networks.

Hmmm.... This is my first project.. so I can't really do bug fixes. As soon as CyanogenMod fixes it, it will be fixed in my build. Maybe, if official CM becomes too unstable, I might rebase to quarx's CM11 or something.
