if you're on LP install the recovey on the link given to you, If you're already on MM or MM SliMM DON'T, f you flash dual recovery it' may screw your phone... if you're on MM download Recroot v4.0 (from general section) and extract it, there's a windows installer inside that installs recovery, on MM with root ....
if you're on SliMM MM and the recovery not working , it's probably you updated or installed a new version of busybox... which kills recovery, so you'll have to uninstall it 1st.
Bro, i've a D6603 Marshmallow 6.0.1 with build number 23.5.A.0.575.
The phone is not rooted and when i try to use Recroot (see attached image) the phone boot normally instead of reboot into TWRP recovery.
i also tried flash dual recovery but the result is the same.
How cain i ROOT the phone and how i can make the phone boot into TWRP recovery?
Please help me

That means you dont have recovery on the phone

Flash recovery then it will work
You can use this link
http://nut.xperia-files.com/path/XZDualRecovery/XZDualRecovery_2.8.26

Let me know if you come right

Step 1 - Enable USB Debugging
Step 2 - Connect your phone via USB cable
Step 3 - Double click the install file from the Dual Recovery you downloaded
Step 4 - Your phone will ask you to allow the computer, you just accept
Step 5 - In CMD you select which which rooting app you using Super User or SuperSU

Step 6, lots of words will fly down and your phone will reboot into recovery

I couldn't install the Dual Recovery. I think that its because the phone is not rooted and its running Marshmallow 6.0.1.
There's another option?

if you are on non rooted Marshmallow i, the only way is to downgrade to Lollipop and root it (there's a guide on general section) and then install dual recovery from the link other member gave you, then flash a custom rom that's already rooted and with recovery ( SliMM maybe as you're on its thread or any other rom on this same section there's several good ones)... there's no possible way yet to root MM directly.

Is that 1190MHz boost hardcoded or is there any way to disable it?
it can be controled, but you need to change the files , check this thread, there's several settings there the balanced ones are closest to stock...
or if you have a stock rom extract "init.qcom.post_boot.sh" and "set_governor.sh" from System/etc/ , and replace them in your rom (and give correct permissions) this will get you back to stock settings.
Note/ backup the original files just in case

I've tried the most-saving zip (battery), it's even "worse" than default SliMM values bcuz it has CPU boost enabled (SliMM has those options disabled, but still this strange 1190MHz boost. It seems hard-coded in MPDecision like all other hotplug options.)

i checked the stock orginal files and they also have 1190400 lines, it might be by Sony it's on the set_governor file
Code:
1190400 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpufreq/interactive/hispeed_freq
1190400 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpufreq/interactive/up_threshold_any_cpu_freq
i'll attach the stock files , you can try them if you want,
the file and the number can be edited but i suggest asking a modder or a developer who worked with those files and number before, (or if you know what they used to be)

Update/ i now also extracted the same file from a LP stock ftf and the numbers are the same on this
Code:
1190400 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpufreq/interactive/hispeed_freq
the other line doesn't exist on LP. but that might be just the change of OS.
