Is it possible to somehow get normal animation speed like in clean android? Sony's animations are too fast for me
2.3 breaks titanium backup for me, it cant uninstall system app anymore
I uninstalled some system apps, such as Small Apps, Calendar, Video, Album. I've any problem with that.
I've just tried to make a backup and worked fine.

Erm tbh I feel 2.3 update could be a step down in battery. If anyone has the same opinion as me do tell me. The cpu is juz above 60 degrees all the time which was not the case in 2.2. I'll try out a full cycle to recalibrate my batt and we will see from there...
Hummm... I'm using my Z3 for about 30 minutes and the temperature is 42° C. I've not noticed a different warm today, but I'll have more attention tomorrow.

There is one "but". With the google service optimization in the latest 2.3 I lost contact with my android smartwatch. It is in theory connected but apps say that it has no access to google play services - so, no notifications, updates (on smartwatch). Please check it. Update - I'm testing different apps, google fit has problem with google services access, so I have no updates on the clock as well. Also Music (Walkman) doesn't show anything on the smartwatch, should be possible to change song, volume etc.
Upgraded from 2.2 with the full 2.3 version.

I don't have any problem with battery. Since the play service isn't running all day and keep my battery alive I have the incredible battery life back. But I have to confess, that I'm not using a smartwatch.
And CPU isn't hot at all. Only when I installed the update it got very hot but after a reboot everything is fine for me

Just updated to the latest version, so far so good however looks like somehow lost root. Tried reflashing the latest SuperSU zip from the recovery but when i turn on my device its still missing root. Anyone have any suggestions about it?
Have you checked fit app from Google? Is it working on your mobile? In my case I lost possibility to connect to google services in this application.
I didnot install v2.2. I went directly from 2.1 to 2.3. I have no problem at all. No heat or decrase in battery life... My previous experience with this ROM showed that you should install OTA updates over base ROM. To do that just install the base ROM and have full backup.
Actually, I said that when I installed only the base rom. Usually I install the base rom+Ota but this time I was rushing to sch so I did nt hence I commented as such. Aft installing the Ota and letting it settle, there's no more heat issue and my words the batt has definitely improved. Usually 1 hr of SOT I would lose arnd 18-19% but now I only lose 12-13% which is awesome. @Lord Takyon perhaps you can install the ota
I also have the feeling 2.2 was a little better in battery. Also have Problems with titanium backup uninstalling system apps in 2.3. I will test a little bit longer.
