actually @Wajk 2.5 is the best I've used since 1.5 and 1.9 ... stable, and i didn't face any issues so far, there's the regular heating issues which is Sony's issues to begin with , and they're much controlled on 2.5 imho , so take your time with V 3.0 and we''ll wait for a great version once again

I really like this rom but after a few hours the slowdown and lagging is unbelievable. I can't even kill apps in the Recents Menu anymore and have to hardreset the phone. Is there anything that can be done?

Also, I get extremely delayed Whatsapp notifications. And yes I check if my WiFi is always on and yes I also excluded Whatsapp from Stamina and Doze mode but it still gets ignored and doesn't send me notifications unless I actually go into the app.

Is updating Google Apps and Services to run some apps that aren't currently running (crashing because of Google Services and erros of the sort) something we can do by ourselves or do we need to wait for the new release of the full rom? Thanks.

Excellent rom but my device (xperia z3) freezes often when i tern on the wi-fi from quick settings ( one out of 3 times ) and i have to restarted by pressing the volume up and power button or by pressing the hidden side button next to sd card, any ideas or any suggestions ? ( last time i tried clean installation but no solution )

Clean flash? I made it clean and no problems with wifi. ANy issue is push notifications from fb not coming. I suspect it is due the optimized google play services (propably to much services removed).

Go to Settings > Apps > Gear icon in the top right corner > Default apps > Assist & voice input. Toggle on the switches and set the assist app to Google. Maybe they are already on and set to Google, in that case, toggle the switches off and on and select the Google app again anyway. If i recall correctly this should solve the problem.
