You'll be able to adjust the navigation buttons soon, one of the first things on my list is adding smart bar and fling

I don't have the issue on my end. It could be due to lack of free space on your device or an issue with the g-apps your using.

There is no option for center clock currently although it may be added in newer builds. Also the menu navigation options are empty because we are getting features ready for the section but there not in yet.
