It's really unbelievable sometimes... https://forum.xda-developers.com/mo...-cyanogenmod-14-1-alpha-t3492274/post74554594
Hi. I am delighted with the rom. Many months of use and excellent results.
Today I come to request a small help (if it is not too much trouble) because I am about to sell the cell phone and would like to know how I can return to its original mode (stock), remove the root, etc.
It would be very helpful, thank you! Keep improving
I honestly don't understand what your problem seems to be. You post screenshots of your battery stats often with the claims that the battery drain is too high (OK, not this time, but I assume since you expected a question on logs, it was asking for what was sucking up all your juice).
@Silesh.Nair i am using this rom since last 40 days , i think only battery is drawback , it discharges fast than stock rom & same for charging, very few apps using, i use battery saver mode most of time , secondly Messaging app do not have search option like stock rom, i face issue here though using 3rd party app but see if you can do something .
Yeah the 4 hour SOT was on previous cycle. I thought I would have got more if that android system didn't suck my cpu for long. Okay I'll let the rom settle down for 2 to 3 days and check whether the android system is going down.I honestly don't understand what your problem seems to be. Look, you've got 4 hours of constant screen on time, with still some juice remaining on a 3000mAh battery, with WiFi and mobile data on. You don't seem to have given the phone a break. That's rather great for your device.
The reason Android system is probably still on top after a while of the latest release (4.15), is because there's enough and more of under-the-hood optimization going on in the system. Leave the phone be for a week, let everything settle down, and then, use the phone normally. If it lasts for a day (always has for me after a week or so of flashing a new ROM), then great, don't you think?
What more do you seem to need?
Frankly, you do anything that uses the CPU or the GPU a tad too much for a while on the SD617 (or even basic tasks like GPS, video recording) will heat the system. There's nothing software can do if hardware is too faulty in the first place.Yeah the 4 hour SOT was on previous cycle. The main reason for I posted that is, it makes my device hot. I was doing only basic tasks. Due to that device gets hearts up fast. That's why. Thanks
Read the post above yours.Hi, i install a month ago the EX Kernel, because i read that solves in certain way the heating problems of my phone (Moto G4). I'm on Invicta 4.13 version. The heating problems seems to go off, the phone works very fine, but the data and wifi constantly drop off... I search in this thread and read that is a problem in EXKernel, so I reverted to N Kernel, but i note that the phone heats up more now.. Any fix, solution, anything?
