Sorry, I just sold my phone, and I can't develop for it anymore. I will keep these threads for you guys until something better will occur, but I will have some trouble to solve the problems. Thank you for all appreciations.

This ROM is inspired from a chinese version.
The original developer is a smart chinese guy 136fei. He did integrate Supercharger script form zeppelinrox, init.d, and ported Sense 5 theme and weather from HTC One. The ROM was downloaded from here (uploader nico).
I adapted his version to European users:
- removed all chinese apps,
- replaced some apps with my own modified versions or with some modified by Requeline and Cherlis from 4pda.ru forum - Thank you guys!,
- any apps used is downloaded free from play market or apktop.
- integrated Google apps
- rebuild installer script and resign ROM with Android Kitchen from dsixda.

I made two versions, one from 1.74.1402.3 chinese base ROM (Max v. 5-2), and one from european 1.73.401.4 base ROM (Max v. 5-3). Both versions are mainly for european users, and the two base are different. Choose what you want. The chinese version is slightly improved, but european one is more flexible.

Features:

- Basicaly a stock ROM with HTC stock kernel, but heavy tweaked and with boot.img insecured.
- Theme sense 5
- Supercharger script and init.d scripts installed
- Sense 5 weather apps and widget
- Sense 5 clock app and widget
- Sense 5 lockscreen
- smooth, fast and die hard rom
- Light-up screen from volume buttons
- odexed, zipaligned, optimized
- charging animations in standby
- etc... try this ROM and you'll discover all these.

How to install:

Download ROM zip from Download section.

I assume that you already have bootloader unlocked.
Connect your sdcard to computer with a sdcard adapter, or in recovery with USB Mount, and delete these folders:

• .android-secure
• Android
• LOST DIR

Copy this ROM zip to sdcard. Reinsert sdcard in your phone.
1. boot in bootloader (from shutt down mode, press vol down and briefly the power button at the same time and keep pressing vol down untill bootloader starts and then press power again to enter in fastboot)
2. connect your phone to computer
3. flash recovery [fastboot flash recovery maxrecovery6.img] - if you don't have a custom recovery, or if you want to try one of my versions
4. flash boot [fastboot flash boot maxboot.img for chinese base or euboot.img for european base] -see attachments
5. press power to return to bootloader
6. press vol down to select recovery and then press power - the phone will reboot in recovery.
7. Go advanced - wipe Dalvik cache, confirm
8. Go back, and then wipe all data/factory reset
9. Install zip from sdcard
10. choose ROM zip and confirm install
11. Wait, it will take some time
12. After install finished, reboot phone
First boot will last a litle bit longer (more minutes if your sdcard has a lower class)
After boot, start customize your ROM and enjoy.

If you choose to try this ROM, I assume that you know what you are doing, and I am not responsible if you brick your phone.

I did integrate sense5 camera thanks to Abdullah1997.
For SystemUI I have to thank to cherlis from 4pda.ru - I took one of his apps and made some small changes.

I received some demands from you. I attached a series of patches - just copy on sdcard and flash from recovery (install zip from sdcard):
1. Bootsound if any of you wants to have bootsound back, or Bootsound Off if you don't want it anymore. Or, New Bootsound for a techno space bootsound.
2. SystemUI (Statusbar and quickpanel) exactly as it is in sense 5 in two versions: battery blue and battery green.
3. If you want back ROM SystemUI get the Revert zip.
4. Sense 5 Lockscreen Deodex. To download click Deodex link and in opened page, click File (top-left) - select Download (last row in menu). I don't like it (seems unfinished), but if someone wants to have a full Sense 5 appearance, here you go, but you should know that this is only for appearance and is not fully functional - lockscreen shortcuts (phone, message, camera..) don't work!
After flash any of these patches, I recommend you to do a hard reset (shut down the phone, remove battery for a minute, place it back and restart the phone.

If you want to set the radio band of the phone to your region, do the following:
- in dialer : *#*#4636#*#*
- in opened menu select Phone information
- touch upper right menu
- select first option to change radio band
- touch your region
- exit
It will improve communications a little bit.

sir i just flased your rom....and i liked it alot!!!!...it is so smooth and works greatly but 2 things which i dont like are -
1. sense 5 camera is out u should put that in our rom instead of usinf sense 4 camera.
2. wifi,bluetooth toogle's icon i dont like....make the icons like the samsung's one ...

overall the rom is awesome!!!!....

Sorry, that is not so simple to do , and I like it as it is. But you can put a different (even a stock) SystemUI and install Widgetsoid or something like that (I don't remember what is app name) which will put any toggles you want below carriers name bar.

Thete is voice recorder but not call. You can try apps from market, there are plenty of them.

Sorry, I don't think it's possible, at least not for both SIM. I saw that even in Baidu, they didn't manage to make this happen (the feature exists but it's turned off in build.prop). I guess, HTC platform for this phone doesn't permit such a thing.

Yes, you must flash boot.img, attached to first post with fastboot cmd. Best is to do that before flashing, but it works after flashing too.
