Pls use this post for KitKat.
As for your questions they have same problems with bluetooth as we and for me gps works fine.

Yes, TWRP 2.5.0.0 by TheWhisp.

EDIT: In the next build will be added to the settings (settings.apk and changes to the framework) of OmniRom.
