Hello guys , does anyone know if we will get more updates to this rom , i'm not demanding any update , just want to know what's the current situation of this rom, thank you .

I've installed this rom and got all my data etc back on the phone. Then i put my sim card in and it just wont work. It recognizes there is a sim card in one of the slots but i cant make any phone calls (says turn off aeroplane mode off when its already off) and when i try and choose a network manually there is no networks at all. Can anyone help me please.

As long as there are official LOS updates available, I guess we still have the benefit from upstream developments and security fixes.

At least, until some device specific adaptions need to be made...

No. With the release of Lis 17.1 builds are nos weekly and nota dayli.

Yes this is right, just checked the lineage log website , it says weekly now

Even the weekly update is droped ? I was hopping it would recive security patches at least :/ for me android 10 it not yet as stable as pie

As you may have seen yesterday, I dropped official lineageos support for tissot entirely. Not to say it was already EOL since my device died, but at that point it's too outdated and didn't have any kernel updates for more than 6 months.
Since that was my last hobby Android project I passively kept supporting, now I can say that my work on custom ROMs is over. Android is my job now, I got a lot of different things going on in my life so I simply can't keep up with everything while spending lots of my time on ROM hacking things. So, I feel like it's time for me to move on.
I want to thank tissot community for all those things we did together and I hope y'all will be ok.

Lastly... It's not a retirement, it's an indefinite leave.
