This ROM turned out to be VERY annoying, as it uses to reboot itself almost everyday, with no or only 1-2 apps in background and without an obvious reason.
I am really looking for a good and more stable alternative ROM for SGP621

Sorry to hear that, I have had no such issues at all. However, this isnt my main tablet, so its lightly used. I did however have some issues turning on screen lag, so I ended up removing screen lock and lock screen and pin. Seemed to work better.

I've been looking for a good replacement of stock android 6 that comes with this tablet. Is sad to read that this one was discontinued as it seems to have a lot of features and a more recent version of android. I am totally new to this world and is hard to find in this site a detailed guide to flash a new OS to this tablet. It seems Lineage OS has some bugs. I really would like to updgrade my tablet. Maybe anyone can give me some directions where to search in?

This is the best rom so far for my tab. Been using it since the release and no complain about it. The battery is reliable even without switch off the tabs. No lag very smooth for a 5 year tablet. Too bad that koron93 stop his work ! This rom is the only reason to not buy a new tab! Maybe one day he will provide us a android 10 version because before stop everything he was working on it.

Hey folks,

I am running my SGP611 with lineage for sometime now. Any chance anyone of you has the floko zip files still as all the links have been disabled and could provide them to me via mail or forum message? Wanted to give that a try and fresh my xperia a little up!

Appreciate it!

I would also be very happy if the ROMs are provided again. I am looking for a usable and up-to-date OS for the tablet. Many thanks in advance.

not sure why devs disable roms-if they cannot develop perfectly understand there could be any reason-would be nice if they just left them there for others to pick up on. Anyone have the links? looking for the LTE ROM link. Thanks

lineage-18.1 for lte device link to source in thread, why koron make his repos private is a good question, thats not the way how open source works...

I found the last build on my drive, its the one for windy
MOD EDIT: Link Removed
Thank you! I also got a copy from another gentleman and managed to get it up and running on my SG611. Everything works much better than the stock ROM except when it reboots, the brightness of the display will go to 75% which is too bright and will consume too much power. Not sure if there is a way to set the default value to 20%.

BTW, have you or anyone tried "LineageOS 18.1 SGP621" as well? Wondering if it is more stable than this ROM and should I give it a try?

Dear Koron
I have the SGP611. I tried Lineage 15, which was a good and stable rom. Then I upgraded to Lineage 18 and was kinda disappointed. Several apps did not work, couldn't get Netflix running... Then I tried out your Rom (I was lucky to find a working download somewhere).
I have to say: By far this is the best, fastest and most stable rom for this tablet! I really can't understand why you don't want to distribute it anymore. Is there a reason for that? Would love to see a Floko upgrade to Android 11.
Thanks and best

    Your warranty is now void.

I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed.
Please do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM before flashing it!
YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

Nooo! Don't stop this ROM, koron393!
You are my life line to keep my Z3 Tab Compact going. For most of your followers, almost everything works very well. Pre-Floko, AICP one worked very well too.
To me it looks like recent complaints regarding installation issues are coming from people not following the process carefully enough, or not read the whole forums before taking the plunge.
    Please reconsider, and continue. Please.

Sorry, I stop developing because it's poor quality and I am so tired.

I delete all floko zips from AFH.
Please don't share my low quality roms and twrp images.

Please use LOS 15.1. It's very stable.

    Thanks.

    Not low quality, no way.
