Dman, since you don't own the device, are you aware of the firmware/format bug? Have you adjusted your install script accordingly? No disrespect intended.

If you're referring to the brick bug, kernels built from source are safe. Its only stock Samsung kernels that cause a problem.

Oh my, you guys are in for some reading:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1633938

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1698977

In a nutshell, almost all Notes have defective eMMC chip, and MMC_CAP_ERASE allowed by the kernel, CWMR or updater script causes irreparable bricks - only MoBo replacement can revive the phones.

For anyone not familiar with Aocp yet, we do have a sick theme thread, and I will post a link, However, the themes are not updated for this latest version yet. It is in the at&t note section, but they should all work once we update. Keep an eye on the thread and I'll stop by here and let you guys know when they're ready! :)

I flashed the ROM , feels very responsive , fast , I love the Color MODs and the customizable options
I think is one of the best ICS 4.0.4 Roms , I have ever tried .

I dont see any problems arround the brick bug , I treated this one as a CM9 ROM , in fact I flashed it coming from MIUI [ directly from Thor Recovery ] ;) Full wiping

Make sure you are on a CM9 / or recognised safe kernel before flashing this ROM. As mentioned, please check the Kernel repository for list of safe kernels.
DO NOT FLASH FROM STOCK SAMSUNG ROM / KERNEL

something like this at the start of your installation instructions might help buddy
dont mind that other fool he is always getting his knickers in a twist:)
