I am in the process of making a theme for use via theme chooser.

I started using androidian as a template my questions are....

assuming an icon is named "com_android_calendar_app_icon" in the template I can just rename my new calendar icon to that.

What do I name icons that are not already in the template?
Yes, and this is a good place to ask for help regarding the theme chooser:

That's where most of us got started.

Sonny- Do you use apktool to de-compile and recompile? If not what do you use? Last but not least if you use apktool do you know of any directions that might be better than this? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1466100

Just starting at step one get me- It says I should get 3 files but I get two folders with 1 tar file in each. (I AM SURE I AM DOING SOMETHING STUPID)

Install:

Windows:
Download apktool
Download apktool-install-windows
Unpack both pakages you will get three files, copy those files to your Windows directory i.e. C:\WINDOWS

Installing downloads and apk issues

I'm currently running aokp B36 and loving it. There was a lockscreen mod for the aokp B36 called the galaxy note style unlock. So I downloaded the Apk and flashed it in recovery. It aborted the download and says no such file is found or and error7. Can somebody help me with this issue. I'm on a nexus s 4g.

Hopin this is the right place pose this question...

I got UCCW, heard great things about it and after trying it out, it def has all the functionality and customization I'm looking for...however for some reason it isnt displaying as crisp and clean as all the great screenshots I've seen from others.

I had tried BobClock D3 first...looks good, but doesnt offer nearly the amount of features as UCCW, but side by side its a WAY crisper cleaner nicer looking product than what I got when I tried a similar look from UCCW (screenshots attached).

That being said, I was using UCCW totally stock...no skins, no custom fonts, just straight "out of the box"...is that my only issue? Cuz would rather stick with the UCCW and get all the features that come with it.

Any comments/input/criticism/brownie recipes would be appreciated.
