Guys,

Our great buddy & RC mj.vikram has done his tremendous work over CM10/AOKP while providing us the Vanilla ROM.:highfive: & now due to Financial year ending, He is not able to make it done for 4.2.1. So, Our Great buddy Grarak has taken charge of it & presenting you guys Vanilla ROM 4.2.1


This is discussion thread for the same. Feel free to ask/report anything(Shouldn't be Off Topic) here & let Development thread clean from questions/issues.

Do have backup first for safety purpose then install the ROM.​

Recommended Installation Steps​

Coming from another Custom ROM:

1. Wipe Cache

2. Flash RootBox zip

3. Flash JB GAPPS

4. Wipe Data

5. Reboot

Launch Music app on Headset connection

Sorry Vikesh, but might i ask what works and what doesn't..?? This is the 1st thread reply, but definitely anybody who wanna install this would want to know what works and what not right?? Also nice to see another AOKP Rom.. Well done DEVs... Thank you all..

yes buddy Cam is not working you can try CAM fix zip by karthik but i am not sure......

It can be released if many bugs has been fixed then create new Version. So, you can flash that fix after this ROM.

Which gapps to Flash now?
The development thread says to Flash the 4.2.1 gapps and this Post to Flash the 4.1.2 gapps

@Dead: Buddy try now, all link updated. For Memory swapping just flash any Memory Swapping zip(must be related to JB 4.2.1) or you can upload vold.fstab file here from /system/etc.
