Hello!
Do you think this device will have a big amount of roms, kernels, mods, AOSP roms etc.?
Share what you think will happen.

The Xperia T doesn't have so many roms as other devices by Samsung, HTC etc...
Its really hard for me to think the Z will.
But who knows..

Xperia T is still a relatively new device. Also, don't count on Samsung's amount of custom rom development, or HTC - simply because Samsung sells 30+ millions and Sony ~10 so it's all about numbers of users.

It's more important to get GOOD developers on our case. If you look at Note 2 roms, there are dozens of roms etc. but how many of them people actually use ? 5 ? 10 ? And how many of them are actually worth using ? You get so many roms with just different images, bootscreens etc. ( no offense to anybody ) I just wish to see good CM/PA supports and some nice stock-based roms for feature enchancement.

and that's all I need, personally I don't care for hundredths of "zip aligned, special optimized, with cool pictures and apps I found" ROMs. But that's just me :)
That cracked me up!

All we need is properly working CM. That opens the door for everything else that's different (AOKP, PA, MIUI).

I think, for a long time, I'll be happy if I can just get it unlocked and rooted. I really want the Walkman, the Bravia Engine and the Cybershot camera and I suspect these are part and parcel of the stock ROM. I've loved CM on my Desire S, but I think I'm ready for some stock Xperia love :D

Yup. Quality, not quantity. For example, a LOT of people have the T now - but none of them are from the "attention-seeking gloryhound" category, so all contribute to team projects. (CM, TWRP, etc.)
