Guys,

Here is the GT thread of the Beautiful ROM i.e. Avatar ROM.

This is the GT thread which can be used for Discussion/Bug reporting/logfile reporting/for Thanks for Avatar ROM ( Not for OT ).

Download​

• Download Avatar ROM for Samsung Galaxy R (i9103) :
  
• Gapps (4.2.2)

Installation Process:​

1. If it's the first time flashing avatarrom or coming from another ROM
2. Install ClockworkMod Recovery.
3. Do a NANDroid backup of your current ROM from backup/restore menu.
4. Wipe Data/Factory Reset & Wipe cache partition
5. Flash the downloaded .zip file.
6. Install Gapps package. If you get Google search crash update Google search from play store.

  Note: Please don't use iPhone theme as it is causes crashes in latest ROM. We are looking in to the issue, by monday it will be fine.

Instructions for OTA download:

If you are using avatar rom, go to settings, about phone, avatar updates and click on refresh. You will get 2.6b version of avatar rom and new gapps package. Download and install both (ROM followed by Gapps).

Sit back and wait for few minutes as phone will automatically go into recovery and install the ROM.

ROM Images are hosted on Amazon S3 and hence download speed should be fast and hassle free.

• Camera is giving FC.
• Having 2 theme changer in Menu.
• After installing the update using CWM, If you dont flash Gapps, it can't use existing applications of Gapps.

Resume.... Root Explorer go to system/lib/hw i change the name vendor-camera-tegra - so... Vendor-(delete) ...

>>> camera.tegra.so <<<<

Reboot...
Now go to PlayStore download nexus7camera(oficial) :thumbup:

hey actually its not working for me,can you tell me more specifically what to do in root explorer......have you tried this kataria.vikesh.does it worked???

just go to /system/lib/hw/ & rename vendor.camera.tegra.so file to camera.tegra.so.
Then reboot your device in recovery & wipe cache / dalvik cache.

go to Settings>About Phone>tap 6-7 times on Build number.
