Was thinking note3 but it doesn't support tri band LTE. With where I live being one of the first to receive LTE it may be getting spark soon and don't wanna be stuck with a phone that doesn't support that for another cycle. It's a shame to cause it's a really nice phone

After I shattered the screen on my HTC EVO LTE :)D err, I mean, :crying: ), I'm getting my mom's S3 until I upgrade in August. Obviously a lot of phones can come up between now and August, but honestly the S5 looks like Samsung going "Galaxy S4s". Same screen, fingerprint scanner (that I don't want), heart rate scanner thingy (again, I don't want), and basically everything the S4 is except what, more RAM and a better processor? Unfortunately Samsung seems to be the only phone manufacturer still allowing me to use my 64GB MicroSD card, which is really unfortunate because, unless more phones have a USB 3.0 port (FINALLY someone did it!), it'll take me a much, much, MUCH longer time to move 1,000+ songs from my laptop to my phone via USB than it would on my Class 10 MicroSD. So I guess either a Note 3 or an S4 is going to be my next upgrade option...........unless someone makes a phone with 64GB internal storage and utilizes USB 3.0 for the US market cough cough cough.

Im trying to decide between the Note 3 and the G Pro 2. I really want a big phone next. The Oppo Find 7 is looking real good too. And seeing that its likely to be the cheapest of the three, ill be going for that one. Im probably gonna dump sprint too.

wanted to get some opinions, and give special thanks to two XDA members for their he

Other then my s3 which I just installed liquidsmooth Version LS-KK-v3.0-2014-04-08 and a quantum kernel3.4.85-QuantumKernel-3\31+( special thanks to MR. Struck for that and wetbiker7 for the ingenious MMS fix), I also just recently installed Android 4.4.2 Kk Cyanogen version 11-20140404-Unofficial-lt01wifi, on my galaxy tab3, for a couple years I have been a HTC person but after getting this S3 and tab3 and installing these roms I will probably never use anything but Samsung the rest of my life, I'm hooked, I'm just not sure which of these builds I prefer better? They both seem to do the same thing screen casts both work, WiFi, wireless tether, 3g and 4g, both systems seem to be very similar in performance , which one is better? I'm fairly new to this and these are the first two devices I've ever tried to modify and I am definetly hooked, I hear a lot of people saying CM builds aren't what they used to be, lol but I guess I wouldn't know what they used to be!!! Anyways any input on this would be much appreciated..

I have a TP2 on Sprint (actually a Galaxy S3) and tried to finally bite the bullet and upgrade to SERO-Premium and get a Galaxy S4 for $50/month.

Do I need to do this over the phone or will the website work? I absolutely cannot go into a Best Buy or even a Sprint store, correct?

Just picked up the GS5. If u were on the fence about upgrading from the s3 like myself, sont be worried the s5 is a beast of a phone.

I really like Samsung but not a fan of the Knox crap at all

I got a bad taste in my mouth from HTC Evo (1st one). The radio in it seemed really weak.

Everything on the original EVO was pretty weak compared to the stuff out today... It seems the specs almost double every year and the EVO was 5-6 years ago.

How well does HTC support their devices, like the urgency to get updates out compared to Samsung? Are they as or more prompt for it?
