Ok but Hydrogen OS ≠ Cyanogenmod. So flashing that modem is not recommended, it may cause problems.

Use some common sense. Why isn't it included in the nightlies if its the newest? We would all have it if it was the official modem. Don't post modem threads without doing some basic research. It's for Hydrogen OS
Will cm13 support f2fs from the start or will it only be supported later like with 12.1?

I was using F2FS for over two weeks and went back to ext4.
Did not run any benchmarks but I did not see or feel a difference.
Same fluidity, same loading times, same multitasking.
Benchmarks don't really represent everyday use, so unless you can notice a difference yourself it's pretty useless, in my opinion

Theoretically, f2fs should be faster because it's meant to be used on flash memory. But difference will not huge. So it can be even not noticeable or barely noticeable.
Storage benchmarks, like androbench can show exact difference, but don't expect any big difference in everyday use.

On 0925 sometimes when the phone is locked all apps get closed, even the music player when I'm using it. Is this issue still there?

Someone also has the problem of sound with the handsfree microphone that cuts out during calls and we must remove the hands-free kit and return it?
This thread is for the Discussion of CM12.1 Nightlies. Please let's not drag it off topic with other subjects, ESPECIALLY with CM13 Discussion. If you wish to discuss CM13, there's a perfectly good thread CM13 for the OPO is up on the github! for that purpose.
If i apply a theme the navbar changes right, but when i reboot the phone, the navbar resets its self to the default system navbar's theme. Is there a fix for that? I made clean installation of cm12.1 build, it is weird.

Flashing Instructions

Note: If you are flashing from CM11/CM12, you MUST flash 5.1-compatible gapps after flashing the ROM!
1. Download the nightly and move it to your SD card.
2. Download gaaps and move it to your SD card. [This step is optional.]
3. Reboot into the custom recovery of your choice.4A. Flashing dirty from CM11/12: Wipe cache/dalvik cache.
4B. Flashing clean: Full wipe.
5. Flash cm-121-2015xxxx-NIGHTLY-bacon.zip.
6. Flash gapps.zip. If flashing dirty from CM11/12, then you must reflash 5.1 compatible gapps (link above).
7. Reboot
For those having problems with apps crashing:
Rooting:
This is a pre-rooted ROM, so there is no need to flash SuperSU!
1. Enable Developer options by going to System » About tablet and clicking Build number rapidly 5-7 times.
2. Under Developer options, click Root access and select Apps only, then Ok.

25Starting from CM12.1 today's nightly, a new sound panel is included in power menu, whose source code has been written by me.
To enable it, go to Settings - Buttons - Power menu and enable "sound panel".
This sound panel is available for all devices supported by cm12.1.

1. Too much work for a one-off.
2. My DSL connection is currently rather flaky, so uploads probably wouldn't finish (thanks AT&T...)
3. With all these things, there nowadays unfortunately are too many people asking for support, and I have neither time nor patience for that.
I may upload it to my own webserver. I prefer to be in control... But that depends on my DSL connection staying up...
