Truth be told I've always been prepared for if they won't provide the phone, or it's a scam, etc. I can get my money back (card), and probably get a G4, I suppose.

Besides which, there'd probably be a decent class-action lawsuit against them if they never ship. It's not like we're backing a kickstarter, here.

I suppose one option we can do is contact Harmon/qualcom/google/gorilla glass to see if they even have a contract/license agreement with saygus. If they don't then we would know 100% this is a scam.

The paranoia is now reaching ridiculous levels - this phone has been widely publicised over the past 5 months; don't you consider that the companies named above would have an idea that their products are being incorporated into the V2 & would be quick to distance themselves were this to be a scam??

By that standard the failure of the V1 should have been seen a mile away. The information about PSN doesn't exactly generate confidence for people on the fence about buying it, and it would provide 3rd party proof about the legitimacy of the phone. I'm not asking you to do it, take a chill pill.

What will happen will happen, all the conjecture and speculation won't change a thing. If you wanna let your doubts cloud your decision process, go ahead jump ship like the faithless/dreamless tool that you are, otherwise, welcome to the USS hopeful headed for an epic device.

You people resemble 2 party politicians bickering over nonsense and in my hunt to keep up on being informed I have to read a truckload of b*llsh*t, enough's enough. If you can find out/divulge information about the phone which is recent fire away, in any other case your insecurities and slander we can do without.

Do us all a favor and be silent unless you have something current and factual to contribute.

Okay, how about this...

Opened two tickets and did a couple chats this week trying to reorder (i canceled 3 weeks ago) because the code didn't work for me on checkout. Submitted ticket 4/25 and got immediate reply saying they would get back to me. Next day reopened my cancel ticket and asked for help, no reply. Today 5/1 haven't heard a thing back yet. Why do i need to beg them to buy their damn phone? I think I'm moving on but hope for the best for the rest of you.

Sounds like you're begging them to save 50 bucks after you got cold feet and backed out. You are not entitled to a discount because you forfeited your preorder.

Well, my point was that the lack of communication has swayed me from jumping back in after i decided to reorder. Cold feet, yes, absolutely!

I've been extremely supportive of this phone and careful not to post anything negative, but damn, this continued lack of customer service has got me down and just lost them another order. That's bad business any way you slice it.
