Not quite sure why you quoted me and repeated what I said? I.e. shipping date is the date it ships not the delivery date, but thanks for agreeing with me

There is no Einstein on this planet that could predict the exact delivery date. Not with my country's Post. It is simple: they are planning to SEND us bloody phones on Christmas, May 22nd.

Man, Saygus finally responded to my ticket.... They asked me to fill out some information and to respond in said ticket.... but they closed said ticket.

I also received a response on Friday to a ticket I had opened back in early February inquiring if any phone cases would be made available for the V2. I replied back to them asking how come it took two months to reply to a ticket and that I look forward to hearing from them in two more months on a response to that reply and that I am also looking forward to the May 22nd ship date. I doubt I'll hear back from them on this ticket response though.

Their public communication is an utter disappointment. I don't know how they expect to sell phones going forward it they don't drastically improve their method of communications?

I'm hanging on my my pre-order until 4/20. If this Saygus support community doesn't hear anything substantive from them by then, they've lost my trust. At that point in time it'll have been 5 weeks without any public communication following CeBIT. How long are they going to kick us in the pants for and expect that we'll sit idle and take it?
