I know how to make ftf with PC Companion update, but here we have OTA update, and this member don't root, UB or known how to do anything! So sad!

In PCC, do a repair. It will download a FTF.
But when the PCC ask him to do flash mode, dont do it. So nothing will happen to his phone.

first, 30p has not on sale in China.
and the pic u got is a debug device not a sale edition
and the debug device have got the latest firmware 9.1.A.0.438 on 19th Dec.
AND it also update through OTA.................................

If Sony still uses the same distribution system it won't. Updating or repairing through PC Companion will also fail, EMMA might work.
There are (or used to be, I'm not sure Sony still uses this system for Androids) BROWN and RED devices. BROWN devices are debug devices, sometimes prototypes. They don't accept firmware from RED devices. RED devices are consumer devices - and they don't accept firmware from BROWN devices either.
the 9.1.A.0.438 which the debug device got seems cannot be used by our T
but the ATT edition is release edition by ATT
so maybe we can try to do something on it
Probably the debug version has a special CDA number. Perhaps he can share he's?
bingo- - so the change cda to update or repair cannot get the latest version from server and the debug device cannot use it too.
maybe use the us pro or emma(not the developerworld one) can get it
It will download blob_fs files which you can bundle to ftf file in flashtool that way we can get it
