Interesting.. Sprint users get the update, but not T-Mobile users.
Probably something to do with SA OP8 & Sprint not having access to it. Sprint OP8 didn't get the .19 update. My only guess as to why it's only for Sprint lines.

Not sure if it's been brought up here yet. But putting a Sprint sim in the tmobile OP8 changes everything removes the tmobile bootscreen, changes data and signal icons etc and a few other things.

I wonder what changed under the hood modem wise?

Just ran a speedtest over 5G and got a good 20mbps+ more than I usually do at my home.

Generally I get around 40-50mbps average now I'm getting 60-80mbps

I'm not 100% but I think the low auto brightness issue has been fixed. I don't have to increase the brightness every time I unlock the phone anymore.

It doesn't but I think it's correct. I connected to B41 a couple times since installing and never did before this update.

May not be the update, could just the fact that they have crews out all over transitioning B41/n41 to the tmobile towers.

Could be but as soon as the phone rebooted it picked up b41 for the first time ever. I then saw it again that day and haven't seen it since so not sure. I'm still waiting to pick up n41.

Does it remove the off animation? The phone has the sprint boot/off animation and a few apps in /product. But it off animation is only a few bytes and mixplorer thinks it's corrupt. I'd love to move that one to the T-Mobile side, but I don't want to risk bricking my phone again. Normally that's harmless but with no way to backup the phone, I'm not going to do it unless it's tested.
