One of the only things I dislike about EU MIUI (I'm under 7.3.30, but this was true for other 7.x.xx versions I tried, weekly and stable) is that the capacitive buttons at the bottom aren't 100% responsive. The home and back buttons works OK, but there's a noticeable 1 second lag for the 'recent' button which is very annoying. I've tried LineageOS and Resurrection Remix and there the buttons are much faster.

Are the capacitive buttons responsive and does the recent menu pop uo virtually immediately with no lag on the multirom?
did you tried the 6.11.10 build ?

No, but why would I want to go backwards so much? There are a lot of thing I like about 7.3.30 such as camera performance and general flexibility in the gui. Going back to 6.11.10 seems like a very backwards step to me. Unless you can convince me otherwise :)

The 6.11.10 is the best for the performance and battery for me i tried new version of miui 8.3 and is not good 100% if you tried the old version you can tell this .

ok :good: , i don't like only the custom icon and custom fonts of multirom :silly:
Have been using multirom all day. It's fine and the recent button lag is almost completely gone. Come to think of it, I had xposed and MIUI tweak running on my eu rom together with l speed running on performance mode, and maybe that introduced the lag. I'm not sure.

I don't have a single lag,btw I tune the io to 1024 from 512 and change the GPU gov to simple ondemand, don't use that xposed mods crap they are unless on miui ROMs and cause full bugs.

I've setup io scheduler to deadline 2048 KB and my phone works great.

I'm using multirom 7.5.4 now, and it's very stable and fast. This removed my interest in all the lineageOS type ROMs for now.

See my SOT here:
