next release i dont know if its a gingerbread or ics - depends on working progress.
even i dont know if i'm stoping to develop on P500, i own these device all the time
and never sale it but its time for new things to learn for me.

A. TWRP (Team Win Recovery), Clockworkmod and AmonRA

Q. Can i use this ROM with the latest baseband?

Q. Why i having battery drains?
A. If you want save your battery, dunt use the phone... JOKE! Lower down your brightness and use the data/3G/WIFI whenever when you wanna use... And being a portable charger which you can use... Eg. MILI Portable Charger...

Q. Where can i get back CM stuffs?
A. Andy has actually modified the code in the second released, so his has modified it and T-Mobile theme chooser wont work anymore.

Q. Can i boost my RAM or Memory? How?

Q. ****! I somehow stuck on 2nd LG Logo!! How?
A. Try reflashing first, if the problem persist again, comment here and try to produce logcat and devs can help.

Q. Wifi doesn't work! How?
A. Use the Latest Franco.kernel .35 included (Latest is v1.2-12112011)

Q. I'm using old baseband, but mobile data doesn't work!
A. Go to Settings>Wireless&Networks>Mobile networks>Access Point Names. If empty, your APN isn't included in the apns-conf.xml file (it's a known issue). Input the APN manually. OR Since u have CM7, flash it over... It will work...

Q. What is the solution to Tethering??
A. Use Wifi Tether (available in Market)

Q. Can i flash this over mik's CM7 or Neojn's (Knzo) Void.Forever?
A. Yes (Tested by me)

LAST QUESTION ABOVE THIS... READ THIS!!!

You have to wipe ALL:
- if your new rom version is different from previous, even gingerbread gingerbread, as example you change from 2.3.3 to 2.3.4 or to 2.3.5
- if youre coming from froyo and go to gingerbread or vice versa

You have to wipe cache/dalvik only
- if you change between same versions of gingerbread, as example you're coming from 2.3.4 and switch to another 2.3.4

You have to wipe even ALL
- if you're coming from mik's 2.3.x or any another rom and would like to change to Andy's Phoenix 2.3.4 because it's different API code

Pixelization problem in andy's rom

I can't post in the dev section but reading the comments and seeing the screenshots, I just wonder if the pixelization is related to a compression algorithm
that is implemented in the rom.

Your question has nothing to do with this rom... flash CWM via zip...read the stickies in the dev section to find it.

It does. Andy says in his description that this rom only supports CWM and AmonRA isn't supported anymore. But Thanks.

Despite what Andy says that's not actually true. Simply disable "signiture verify" in AmonRa and it'll work just fine. AmonRa supports both Amend and Edify scripting, I honestly don't know why he posted that.

What? The bomb can be flash using AmonRA but disable the stupid verfication and u r set to go for the bomb,

Haven't got time to tinker with phone here, Andy released on 2AM and then I have to go to work lol. Has anyone confirmed the USB detecting without LG driver feature? That's my most anticipated feature.

Also, nice to know I don't need the extra step to change recovery first. I know AmonRa is old, but it hasn't given me problems so changing isn't high on my list

Interesting that people in the dev thread says it works with both old and new basebands.

So I flashed the new rom, it looks amazing but the only problem I came across was no mobile data, I even flashed the gapps but still no mobile data. Anyone have the same problem.

You need to add your apn manually and after flash Franco later kernel, wifi working very well.

Where do I find a copy of the apn list? Can I use mik's cm7 apn list, copy it to the system/app path than reboot, also forgot to mention about changing permissions
