Display not working, need access

Hi guys,

i have an htc one mini with broken display. At least it doesnt display anything anymore after it fell down. Now i would like to at least access the data i have on the phone. When i connect it to my PC it is just recognized as an unknown device (i tried all possible drivers i could find - many ppl seem that have this problem).

However, is there any other way how i could access data on internal memory? Im thankful for any hint.

The phone is unmodded.

Current state: I finally managed to get rid of the 'unkown device' in device manager. Its now listed as 'my htc'. However, in windows explorer the phone is shown as a cd drive (?). ADB finds it, but its unauthorized
