Question Display stuck on 60hz

Hello, has anyone else been having a problem with hz selection? My phone is stuck on 60hz. I've tried changing the hz to 90, 120 and 165 but the display starts at 60hz . I used the UFO test site to confirm. I'm on the latest v4.12 firmware.

You can force the refresh rate in developer options otherwise it will be all over the place depending on what you are doing and pretty annoying really.
