Did you transfer your data using Google backup and restore? What phone were you coming from?

There was an issue earlier this year in which Google backups restored to the S10 also restore Google night light/blue light filter settings which cannot be modified from within the standard system settings, and it turns out this applies to the Reno as well. I helped someone on another forum diagnose this, they were coming from a OnePlus phone.

You need to factory reset and skip Google restore, use OPPO's Clone Phone instead.
