Very nice !
A couple of thoughts:

* buy a cheap silicon skin to protect the back and edges of the plastic body: this would require you to increase the size of your alloy brackets, but the rubbery grip would make the Tab much more secure in the stand cradle.

* get rid of this awful useless screen protector ;) (Gorilla glass is tough enough, and the silicon skin would prevent the alloy brackets to touch the display anyway)

Keep up the good work, and let us know about your incremental improvements / design revisions ! :)

I really like this stand. I have one of those leather cases with a built-in stand, but id like something like this as well. Or a more portable, possibly folding version of the mesh card holder. Looks great so far though!

here's mine, using a plastic SGT back cover, an old book end, and some good old Velcro tape! Took about $5 and 5 minutes to put together.

Velcro is pretty strong (read an article before where they wanted to use it in place of blots for building lightelweiht planes) ,you might even have trouble prying it off the stand! been using it everyday and the tab has never fallen off. if I feel like the Velcro is loosing grip, I can just replace it for $1.
