you too can swap to TS cm13 and use FreeDcam.

Is Camera API v2 available in CM13? I haven't seen there raw or long opened shutter, etc..

Nope. Freedcam woks for dng raw is all we have.

What is the size of dng it takes on TS cm13 ? And what about the quality ? Better than miui stock or not?

It's certainly better than jpegs, I would assume that dng is identical on both if it works. I don't have much experience with stock miui, because I gave up on it after 30 minutes of use. The size is 25MB.

Have you tried snap camera hdr my friend is using it on mi4 it creates dng on stock miui I've tried it on my mi4c's stock miui but no luck it is producing large size JPEGs instead of dng so give it a try may be it gives out dng on team superluminal's cm ?

it makes actual hdr pictures, sometimes i use it ?

Obviously does not work. You can activate the useless .raw format from developer settings.
