my stats r as followed

ace pvt ship s-on rl
hboot 0.85.0019
microp-0438
radio-26.06.03.24_M2
eMMC-boot

and software info is

android 2.2.1

stock kernel

can i plz get a telus users help here? i bricked a nexus s yesterday which apparently is the easiest phone to root so im not stepping to far ahead of myself here. i created a noob proof video guide on the desire thread which ill prolly be doing here once i get myself rooted and feel comfortable enough to flash ruu etc.

Hi LINKSLOVESANDROID

In a word, Yes. :)

Another word or two :D, it is highly recommended you [should] do a FULL-WIPE, if installing a diffident Rom from the one you are using.

Take Care

yep figured that. im a very expierience desire user. just needed alil bit of advice on features the desire didnt have. but 4 the majority, its the same. only difference is the rooting method. alot more difficult on the dhd
