Do not operate the Vol key. (+) And I want to Rom Stock

Before you begin:
User -Just am ROOT
Want to go back to Stock ROM for my phone to turn on, when you reach the operator logo the phone restarts (turns off and on)

Let's start .... As stated in the title want to go back to STOCK ROM but my phone does not work the volume up key so wanting to do with RSD Lite, I can not get into "RSD" so hopefully they could help me Stock re otherwise Rom. Thanks a lot
