Question Do not update to MUI14, if you use Outlook/Teams with Company Portal

Seems to be an issue with the version of the app you have installed... make sure you have exactly these versions installed which is 100% working for me in MIUI 14.0.3.0

- Company Portal v 5.0.5736
- Outlook v 4.2252.2 (4225815)
- Teams v 1416/1.0.0.202294302/0524
- Word, Excel Powerpoint v 1.0.1 (16.0.15928.20192)
- Onedrive 6.72

I'm on MIUI 14.0.3.0. Yasnac passes all checks, company portal reports that my device is compliant and I don't have any issues launching any office apps.

Do you have the MS apps installed inside a work profile provisioned by Company Portal, or are all apps installed on your main device profile?

I managed to install & run Teams on my main profile, but cannot login, since my company enforces the use of the Company Portal & apps installed inside it. This way, they fail to launch.

Thanks a lot Sir ! I installed all versions you did mention and now it is working like a pro! The inconveniences are that we cannot update the apps right ? Any idea if is there any updates "Company Portal related" ? Also Adobe is not working in this MIUI 14.0.3.0 (not here at least)

I regularly have to re-install outlook. It works a couple of days but then won't start and I get a error message (something about "internal error"). Does anyone know a solution to this? Using MIUI 14. I have installed the version recommended in this thread but still get this problem.

I have no issues. Do you have play and Xiaomi store auto update turned off? Otherwise, they will update your apps, which causes the issue again. I turned it off

Thanks! I had only turned off auto-updates in play store. Disabled updates in getapps two days ago and outlook still works. Will keep my fingers crossed now.

I use only Outlook and Teams, installed it along with Company Portal, and needed to install exact the same version mentioned above and is working now.
My device is Xiaomi Ultra 12S with V14.0.5.0.

Installing same versions as illuzn, got them working again. Waiting of course for a proper solution.

I have the same issues.
Since I use outlook and teams for work, I need company Portal application. When is installed, outlook, teams, office365, cannot be loaded.
If is not installed, outlook can be open,but is asking company Portal, being about a company account.
We are rounding around the tail here.

Err company portal isn't a general office app. It's designed so corporate can control your phone.
There might be a bug where if you don't need company portal it will hang your office apps but in that case delete company portal.
Company portal is 100% working when locked bootloader and signed in.
