Do screen protectors, cases etc. from the XZ fit the XZ1?

They look very similar, but I haven't seen the XZ1 in person yet to know for sure.

cases will not fit properly as the camera/flash set up is different on both, flash is below camera on XZ and to the right on XZ1

Same thing with the screen; screen protectors do not fit perfectly. They front cam and sensors are slightly wider on the XZ1 than the XZ/XZs
