Do they make bumper cases for our phones?

I know that this type of case was made to help improve apple's crappy phone, but i really like it's minimalistic design and it actually does help protect against surface scratches. do they offer anything like this for the droid incredibles?

You could just buy one of the vzw silicon cases and cut out the entire back, leaving only the outer band.

Local, i have asked a few times on different forums. Like you i love that style case. But i have no luck at all. i did a pretty good search myself also with no luck
