Do xt1605-03 roms work on my xt1605-05?

Hi, I have the Chinese variant xt1605-05 and I wanted to install the retbr but the roms of moto z in brazil are xt1605-03 can I install a retbr on my device by deleting gpt.bin and bootloader?

you can try it.... might you an error because of the network ... both have different network bands

But in both versions it has coverage in my country at least as far as 4g networks and band frequency
