Dock background tint on stock MIUI launcher

Has anyone been able to get tinted background with a theme on stock MIUI launcher on v6, v7 or v8?
I was able to get the tinted dock with an iOS 9 theme in early days of MIUI v7 but now the same theme won't tint the dock on v6 or even v7.

I assume you are talking about Gaussian blur in notification shade, you can get Gaussian blur on miui6, and miui 7 by using xmiui mod, but you need xposed for using xmiui mod
