This post has OnePlus 11 original images.

But it doesn't have CPH2451.11-A.**. It only has the init_boot and boot files. Looking for ALL of the original images. Maybe someone can do a partition backup and post them?

CPH2451 is for North America according to this.

I found myself having to fix my phone in EDL mode using MSM and installed CPH2449 on my CPH2451.

CPH2449 is global, but everything works fine on it. According to my research it shouldn't affect anything since CPH2449 is global. Calls/text/data/wifi/battery percentage works.

I did find this file on MEGA which appears to be an export of CPH2451.11-A.06 but have not confirmed if the file integrity.

Looks like this:

I realize you can use payload-dumper to get the payload, and can find the incrementals, but not the full. Since you need full + incremental to properly export the images, that's why I need the full.

I used Oxygen Updater which by the way, works great, but could not find the FULL download of CPH2451_11_A.**, could only find the incrementals.

Just got the 11 today that has build CPH2451_11_A.07. Would that work (post a link to full backup instructions if so)? There's an update available, but not doing it yet until full backups.

If you haven't rooted, just update through About > OxygenOS. If you have rooted, that's a different story. Alternatively you can use Oxygen Updater to download the local incremental and update following the instructions in the app.

A.09 full zip. It was posted to roll back from Android 14 developer preview. You can flash it against any version, but it will completely wipe your phone.

If you want to try android 14, then you can get it here

As you mentioned, this link shows multiple downloads...

Thanks, that should work! I ran payload-dumper and was able to get the boot files. That appears to be 13.0.0! Awesome!

Somebody uploaded CPH2451_11_A.21 here. It's not the traditional payload.bin file, looks like files for an EDM transfer...

Should be able to grab the images from the IMAGES folder though.

Thanks again!

I have uploaded a collection of stock ROMs downloadable for free at any of the following links. These are hosted in the USA and should download very fast considering their size. I was able to download the 11.7 GB file in 4.6 minutes on a 1 Gbps connection using aria2c.

ROM Mirrors:

CPH2449GDPR_11_A.09.7z - 5.42 GB

CPH2451_11_A.0.7z - 5.26 GB

CPH2451export_11_A.06.7z - 11.7 GB

CPH2451_11_A.21.7z - 7.27 GB

Stock ROM — 13.1.0.580 (EX01):

CPH2449_11_13.1.0.580(EX01)_BootFiles.zip
boot.img, init_boot.img, vbmeta.img, vendor_boot.img

CPH2449_11_13.1.0.580(EX01)_Full_Dumped_Payload.zip
dumped payload.bin using payload-dumper-go

CPH2449_11_13.1.0.580(EX01)_Full.zip
payload.bin, etc.

CPH2449_11_13.1.0.580(EX01)_Incremental.zip (payload.bin)
in case you want the incremental, but the previous version is required to dump

Stock ROM — 14.0.0.401(EX01):

CPH2449_14.0.0.401(EX01)_BootFiles.zip
original and patched versions (Magisk)
Only init_boot.img is required since Magisk finishes setup after flashing

CPH2449_14.0.0.401(EX01)_Full_Dumped_Payload.zip
dumped payload.bin, etc. using payload-dumper-go

CPH2449_14.0.0.401(EX01)_Full.zip
payload.bin, etc.

CPH2449_14.0.0.401(EX01)_Incremental.zip
payload.bin, etc.

So do you need the payload bin or do you need the entire extraction because the bin file one doesn't have all the images The one that has a folder inside of it that says images and then there'll be a radio folder as well those have all your images and it's also under the model of your device plus export and then the date after the version and then it's a .7z or .zip folder

Unfortunately I do not have them. May have to install an old version and then update via OTA.

Or try using Oxygen Updater.
