Does anyone have RCS working on their Honor 5x?

I know that RCS is largely carrier specific but I was wondering if anyone had it working on their Honor 5x. I have T-Mobile which claims to have normal RCS enabled and the Universal Profile enable for certain devices, but I've been unable to find any way to enable it. Sprint also has RCS and was wonder if anyone with sprint could say whether it was working for them on their Honor 5x. I read that there should be a menu in settings under advanced called enhanced features, which I don't have. Any information would be appreciated.
