Does anyone know if X Tether works on Verizon S5?

Also, can you explain simply what it does? I'm looking for a way to create a hotspot without the certificate/PIN lock that FoxFi requires.

Well, there is a bypass for FoxFi now. There's a thread on it in this sub-forum too.

But, YES, X Tether works. I am sorry I cannot explain it to you as I am not quite THAT knowledgeable. But I know it works, because I use it. Just install, and use!
