Does DUAL SIM ( North American Phone ) purchased directly work for Telus ( Canadian )

I wanted 8 Pro but so much confusing news that the NA version doesnt work for 5G, Dual SIM and Volte and if I buy International then unsure if all things would work

So does 7T work for Dual SIM got Telus

Not sure I can help beyond saying that I have Koodo, the sub of Tellus... And my 7T works perfectly with Koodo and OnePlus stock rom... And stock rooted....not sure about the 8 series...
