I don't think that the SGS2 supports UHS speeds. It should accept a UHS card, but run it at normal SDHC speeds. At least that's what it does with the SanDisk 64GB microSDXC I've been using the last 3 months; it's a UHS-I card, but SDTools shows its speed as comparable to a Class 10 SDHC.
I'd suggest getting whichever card costs less from a reputable non-eBay supplier, unless you have a specific reason to go with the UHS-I (e.g. you'll also put the card into a device that supports UHS-I speeds). Do not buy cards from eBay -- most of the cards there are fakes -- low-capacity cards hacked to look like high-capacity ones.
