I have horoc 3c 4g
since 3 days ago it Does not charge when the mobile is on
when i power off it charge (charg icon dont show but it charge)

In that case, I can only advise you to unlock the bootloader and manually flash some images and do a forced factory reset. Its like installing windows after a format.

There is no guarantee that it will work but I have a hunch that it might.

But the best solution would be to contact Huawei customer service.

Did you check that is not an charging port issue??
