Please correct me, if I'm wrong, but as far as I know, every Phone shipped with 8.1 has to support treble.
Furthermore OP6 will support the Android P Preview. I think this wouldn't be possible, if it did'nt support treble.

In the india launch event it is clearly said that one plus 6 supports treble so yes it does
