Does unlockamazfit yet work?

I need to unlock my Amazfit Pace's bootloader, I've sent the request with all the codes using the form on unlockamazfit.com, the first time about 20 days ago but I didn't receive the email with the instructions. Then, 5 days ago I sent another request, but again I haven't yet received any reply.
Is the service yet working?
